Letter # 24

Subj.:   About the dealer at the Grand Victoria / Hollywood casinos
Date:    07/26/2000 9:44:14 PM Pacific Daylight Time
From:   # 24-Illinois
To:      <dealers@nfge.com>

It is a common practice in Illinois and Indians that the casinos can do anything at anytime they want and get away with it. It is a common practice that they will build false documentation against any person and any employee that they want to and nothing is ever done about it. You are lucky that they didn't take you in the back room and beat the hell out of you like they did to people at Harrah's casino...and this is on video tape! They are known to pull your working license.

The best way to put literature in the place is to give it to a few dealers that work in the place and let them leave it in the break room, providing there are no cameras in the break rooms. In some places like Harrah's Northern Star they had a video camera in the employees break room. Furthermore, dealers unions are very badly needed. They fired over 300 dealers at Harrah's East Chicago which used to be "Showboat, a better place to work!"

PLEASE FORWARD THIS LETTER TO THE LADY THAT WROTE ABOUT GRAND VICTORIA AND HOLLYWOOD CASINOS.
