   Monte Carlo, I am really disappointed with the results of your vote as many other people are. You guys had the chance to take a stand and be the first dealers to say
that we have had enough mistreatment. 

   You just let management know that it's all right to walk all over you and that you don't deserve to make above minimum wage. I hope that some of you will write and let the
rest of us know exactly what they promised you to sway your votes. I hope you don't expect them to keep their promises.

   To the Tropicana and Luxor dealers: it's up to you now to take a stand together and get for Las Vegas dealers what we've deserved for a long time.....
SIMPLE RESPECT!
