Any dealer who can read the following letter
and still say dealers do not need a union....
must be from some other planet!

***>>>Dealers, please, read this letter!<<<***

I need help finding an attorney that knows gaming laws! Is it legal to take money from my tokes, before I receive them, for gifts to our pit bosses? And for 45 days right before Christmas! Because I spoke up two years ago, I know that I've been harassed.

Well, they finally fired me. There are other dealers that saw the unfairness unto me and will say so. We tried to change some toke rules involving our toke overage going back to our toke box instead of the cage, which they already get $30.00 a night. Out of 21 dealers, 15 of them voted for the overage to go back to the toke box. We were told that wasn't enough support. Isn't that unconstitutional?

One night I was sent home for allowing my bet to ride. I tried to explain that there was no bet involved and before reviewing the surveillance tape, my pit boss sent me home for not following rules. I immediately asked surveillance to save that particular tape. I can go on for a very lengthy amount of time. There are many dealers that are willing to back me up on the harassment issue and want this puppet toke committee to quit deciding what to do with their toke money.

In need of legal assistance,
Stacey Warn
