On May 16 and the 18th we at the MGM will find out what management is going to propose to us for not voting the union in. There will be a lot of disappointed dealers at these meetings as, in my opinion, they will try a stalling tactic to insure that they will not have to give us a raise until July.

That's when they usually give them (except for the dealers, who aren't supposed to get raises). As they said before the union came along...... they don't have too!

The Monte Carlo got a raise. It was 75 cents an hour and a raise in their insurance co-pay to $20, so I'm sure that we can look FORWARD TO SOMETHING CLOSE TO THAT. My god, that's not even close to what the dealers at the MGM in Detroit makes.

It would be nice if somehow you could post what the other hotels that voted the union out received for their loyalty for giving them another chance and keep everyone posted on the negotiations for the union. We need to know and we REALLY NEED TO HAVE THEM SECURE A CONTRACT. Then we can watch them sweat!!!!!

Thank you for your time and take care...
