Notice To Dealers

We are collecting data regarding work-related injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome and repetitive motion syndrome. Specifically, we want to hear from dealers who have had to take time off from work or were denied time off after sustaining a job-related injury.

Also, if you were denied workman's comp and/or were denied any choice in dealing the least troublesome game upon returning to work after a medical leave, we want to know about it.

We need this information so we can determine what changes are necessary to protect dealers from this type of abuse. Before we can attack this problem either through the courts or through the legislature we need more data.

If you or someone you know has had a work-related injury and has been denied workman's comp or has been unfairly treated in any way, we want to know about it.
