NATIONAL FEDERATION OF GAMING EMPLOYEES
From the desk of Tony Badillo, President

I have in my possession a transcript of a mandatory meeting conducted by Mark Garrity for all casino dealers that took place at the New York New York Hotel and Casino.

In this meeting Mr. Garrity made false accusations about me, claiming I created a forged Wall Street Journal story that stated the MGM would be sold. Mr. Garrity also said that I distributed this flyer among the dealers at the MGM. None of these accusations are true and because of them I am considering legal action.

If Mr. Garrity deliberately misled you about what happened at the MGM, how can you believe anything he says?

Another thing. A dealer asked him about being an "at-will" employee. He responded, "you are not at-will, you have peer review." I challenge him to get NY NY to put that statement in the Employees Handbook before the vote on February 17th...or at least, produce a Company Memo stating that you are no longer "at-will employees." This they will not do. It is just another one of his deceptions.

Remember, essentially you want three things guaranteed:
    1.    Job security
    2.    Fair wages
    3.    A say in deciding working conditions

If they didn't give you these benefits before the TWU came on the scene, why will they do it now? The answer is, they will not!

Let's get it in writing - Let's get a contract!
