Setting
the record straight...

To
all Las Vegas Casino Dealers,
It has recently been brought to our attention that the union
busters are at it again. They are spreading the rumor that
we, the dealers of Caesars Palace have voted against having union
representation. THIS IS A BLATANT LIE!!! The simple
truth is that we haven't even petitioned for our election yet.
The management at Caesars may have succeeded in delaying the
inevitable by using some very devious tactics. (The National Labor
Relations Board is currently examining the legality of these
tactics by the way.) But they have in no way diminished our
resolve to be a part in this historic movement.
The dealers of Caesars Palace may not be in a position to be among
the leaders of this movement at this time, but don't let anyone
mislead you into believing that we are not still totally committed
to this effort.
Together, we can bring a sense of dignity and respect to our
chosen profession. Solidarity is the key to our collective
future.
Remember, "Without a Union, it's not a career, it's just a
job!"
