Please accept this letter as a statement of support from International Union of Gaming Employees and its members for AB 357.

It has been a long-standing tradition for tip earners to keep their tips and/or divide them among themselves.  The health and welfare of many Nevada industries and their tip earning workers is critical to our economy.

AB 357 protects the integrity of this tradition by amending NRS 608.160 as it directly pertains to tip pooling.

We hope this letter is beneficial in the campaign to expand support for this essential legislation and we urge you to make use of it for the intents and purposes of voting in favor of AB 357.
