November18, 2009. Please be
advised that Governor Gibbons' senior staff has
reviewed your letter and the enclosed
materials. Additionally, I have spoken with the
Gaming Control Board's executive
director concerning this matter. It is our
understanding that this matter will be reviewed
by the Gaming Control Board and that the matter is
currently under review by the labor commissioner.
